    Does a bulk email = jail time?

    Hi, If 1 was to send an email to say 20k contacts would this be considered spam and would that person be facing criminal charges? Also, would it be much better to sfinish them promoting an affiliate Amazon item or a webpage will superior pay per click adsense ads?

    Yes,

    Yes, and possibly yes.

    It actually depfinishs on who you accidentally sfinish it to- if they are excessive on the anti-spam parade, you'll get reported for not right after spam laws.
